We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, including an exceptional bonus scheme, progression opportunities, and a car allowance. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the drinks or FMCG industry, with strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the territory, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, collaborating with the sales team to achieve company targets, preparing and presenting sales reports to management, and attending industry events and trade shows as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong track record of success in business development and sales. You will also have excellent organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and a valid driver's license.
