We?re looking for a dependable, hard-working laborer to join our construction crew. Whether you?ve got experience or you?re just getting started, we want to hear from you.
What You?ll Be Doing:
- Assist with demolition, site prep, and clean-up
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support skilled trades (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors and in all weather
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required
- Some schooling a plus but not required
