Take ownership of client contracts, ensuring they are profitable and sustainable. Generate revenue and new leads by identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team. Manage projects and oversee contracts to ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels. Visit clients face-to-face as needed to strengthen relationships and address their needs directly. Handle client complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Produce trend analysis and performance reports using tools like Power BI to identify insights and drive improvements. What We’re Looking For: Customer Service Expertise : Previous customer service or office experience with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Flexibility : Willingness to adapt to occasional weekend work during the winter season. Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate with authenticity, influence stakeholders, and connect with clients. Proactive Personality : A friendly, personable approach with the ability to build rapport and leave lasting impressions.
