Conduct detailed assessments, tailoring your support to meet individual needs. Build essential skills, including English and Mathematics, to prepare learners for success. Manage a caseload of up to 40 learners, ensuring they excel at their End-Point Assessment (EPA). Plan and deliver engaging teaching, learning, and assessment activities. Regularly review progress and adapt coaching strategies to drive results. Offer valuable advice and guidance to promote holistic learner development. Maintain accurate and efficient E-Portfolio records. What You’ll Need Essential: Solid occupational experience in a residential childcare setting. Residential Childcare qualification up to Level 3. UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle. Preferred: Teaching qualifications like PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent (trainees with strong experience will also be considered). Assessor’s qualifications such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent. Willingness to Grow: Open to undertaking training to stay at the forefront of the field.
