Outdoor & Cycle Concepts Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to join our team. As part of one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers, we collaborate with Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and top-tier products, all while promoting sustainability.
Please note this role is 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends, which will be working from home.
How You'll Make an Impact:
* Manage the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department.
* Drive the team to exceed targets.
* Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities.
* Engage with the team to create a positive department atmosphere.
* Maintain awareness of department activities and performance.
* Report on daily performance and track issues hourly.
