We are a manufacturer and installer of UPVC windows and doors, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office, liaise with customers, and contribute to our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Organize and maintain company records, files, and correspondence.
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly, ensuring professional communication with customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on orders, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of service.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for site visits and installations.
• Assist in preparing reports, quotes, and presentations for customers and internal departments.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Knowledge or experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
