Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader
To head the Hygiene Team in managing daily and nightly operations, taking ownership and accountability for meeting operational objectives and targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of hygiene within the facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Coordinate and manage the hygiene team to ensure tasks are conducted efficiently and effectively.
3. Maintain audit and hygiene schedules, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
4. Lead the hygiene team in driving continual improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene practices and efficiency.
5. Ensure the site meets the rigorous requirements for BRC and Customer standards.
6. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold hygiene standards.
7. Monitor and manage hygiene-related documentation and records.

Skills
* Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Food industry.
* Ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
* Good literacy skills, both verbal and written.
* Operational awareness and understanding of HACCP, COSHH, DVLA requirements, and other vehicle-related standards as specified by your manager.
* Support planning and managing the team’s output to ensure delivery of business, section, and customer targets.
* Conduct performance monitoring of team members daily and escalate concerns to the operational manager.
