We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors
* Answer phone calls and direct inquiries.
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised reception area.
* Handle mail and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
