The salary is £25,000 bonus. Let's talk about the role. It involves Supporting the Accounts Team with a variety of tasks including the processing of invoices, receipting rents, assisting with rent arrears. Processing payments and assisting with the management of our bank accounts. Supporting the Maintenance team with reporting back to Tenants and Landlords on the status of repairs with main goal of troubleshooting/resolving issues to drive customer/client satisfaction Carrying out property inspections and site visits to assess quality of workmanship Perform the admin function of the department by keeping the maintenance software up to date and ensuring all works done are processed and ready to be billed on month end Supporting the Customer Service Team with general administration tasks, processing Tenants files, chasing Tenants for documents/payments and assisting with the lettings Season.
