About the Company:
My client is a small but established traditional fit-out contractor specialising in creating high-spec commercial fit-out spaces in the office, education, residential, hospitality, and leisure sectors.
About the Role:
In this position, you will report directly to the Operations Director. Your time will be spent split between Bid Management duties and marketing duties. This split will look like 80% on Bid Management and 20% on marketing. You will be responsible for writing up the bid packages and preparing the client presentations, while also creating marketing content for various other aspects of the business.
Rewards & Benefits:
My client is paying a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. My client also offers a travel allowance as well as healthcare and a company pension.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years' experience in Bid Management ideally in fit-out and refurbishment.
2. Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Software.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. English Language or English Literature qualification desirable.
