To support our continued growth, we are expanding our Edinburgh office and are seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive business development and account management. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with experience in telecoms, mobile, and/or print sales to contribute to the next phase of our success.
The Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business, as well as developing existing customer relationships to maximize sales revenue. This role requires a proactive and confident individual with strong business development and account management skills, capable of operating in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
* Work to achieve and exceed sales targets within a highly pressurized, deadline-driven environment.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NCS’s telecoms, mobile, and print solutions.
* Build strong relationships with clients through face-to-face and virtual interactions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in B2B Sales with a background in Telecoms, Mobile and/or Print.
* Strong business development and account management skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload, stay organized, and consistently deliver results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven sales role.
* A full UK driving license is essential.
