You will lead the charge in developing exceptional search strategies that drive tangible growth for diverse clients The Role: In this leadership position, reporting to the Managing Director, you will blend your technical expertise with creativity and strategic thinking to integrate both organic (SEO) and paid media strategies to maximise client's performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an integrated SEO and PPC strategy aligned with client objectives, delivering measurable ROI. Drive innovation across campaigns by utilising the latest tools and trends, continuously analysing performance to refine strategies and exceed KPIs Identify integration opportunities between SEO and PPC for optimal visibility and conversion rates. Work across technical SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimisations to enhance organic rankings and traffic. Provide actionable insights through performance tracking and reporting. Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta). Develop advanced audience targeting strategies and manage PPC budgets to drive acquisition and conversion. Experiment with new ad formats and tools to continuously enhance paid search results. Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, delivering clear, data-driven reporting and insights. Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and excellence. Key Skills & Requirements: 3 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC with a track record of driving performance. Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools like Data Studio. Excellent project management skills and a confident communicator, experienced in presenting strategies and recommendations to clients. Leadership skills with a passion for team development and collaboration.
