What will I be doing?
As the Senior Associate GDCM Property System Projects - Scheduling, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects globally have the correct resources assigned following agreed standards based on the project type. You will support the team with general schedule requests and visa applications. You will also be involved in the billing of projects ensuring all charges are submitted in a timely manner.
More specifically, you will:
1. Maintain an accurate list of all opening / converting hotel dates.
2. Ensure the department schedule is updated daily with date changes, manager and team member requests.
3. Generate department dashboards to maintain regular reporting of department statistics and performance.
4. Track and report on the development of team members based on feedback from managers.
5. Assist with GDCM billing requirements including projects completed for hotels and any invoices for external suppliers.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
1. Experience working in a similar Project Coordination position
2. Travel 15% of the time, both domestic and international
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
1. Previous experience in the technology field
2. Hotel experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems daily
3. Consistent record of accomplishments executing Hilton’s standard operating procedures
4. Shown success in a customer-facing environment (i.e.: through satisfaction scores)
