Employee Relations Advisor Location: Watford Salary: £50,000 pa Hybrid: 2 Days office Contract: Full-Time - 6 Month FTC Immediate Start Are you passionate about employee relations and eager to support managers and employees with expert HR advice? We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join this dynamic team and make a real impact, as a result of peak in workload. What You'll Do: Be the first point of contact for ER concerns, providing expert guidance. Support managers on employee lifecycle matters like absence, performance, and grievances. Manage ER casework, track reports, and ensure compliance with employment law. Deliver ER training to upskill managers and promote a positive workplace culture. Work closely with Occupational Health and People Business Partners for holistic ER support. Assist in updating HR policies and contributing to organisational change projects. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Employee Relations & HR case management. Strong knowledge of employment law & best practices. Ability to coach & support managers in handling ER issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR systems. CIPD accredited or working towards qualification. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
