Project Coordinator Location: Cirencester Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break) - Flexibility on start and finish times Salary: Circa £27,000 per annum This role is an 11 month FTC to cover maternity leave. Our client is seeking a organised Projects Administrator to support their Project Managers. This role involves a mix of administrative and financial responsibilities to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of a Projects Administrator: Monitor project emails, maintain filing, and assist with stakeholder communication. Handle calls, take messages, and manage Engineers’ diaries. Prepare, archive, and manage project documentation. Update trackers to provide accurate project progress updates. Liaise with Suppliers and Clients to coordinate arrangements. Raise invoices, purchase orders, and track project costs. Maintain financial records and assist with contract reviews. Schedule project works and monitor commissioning progress. Produce monthly project reports for the team. Organise meetings, take minutes, and distribute action points. Key Skills of a Projects Administrator: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new systems. Financially aware with experience managing costs and invoices. Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven. Effective working independently and within a team. Prior experience in project administration is desirable
