This is a high-profile and rewarding opportunity to join a highly successful Grantham-based business as Executive Assistant to the Directors, supporting the Managing Director (MD), Finance Director and Operations Director. This varied and pivotal role involves coordinating business-wide projects, HR and Finance, alongside maintaining quality health and safety record-keeping standards. Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive EA and general admin support to the MD, FD and other directors First point of contact for company HR matters including contracts of employment, sick leave and other day-to-day HR tasks Managing diaries and schedules as needed Arranging travel and accommodation as required Assist with Quality control audits Coordinating business-wide improvement projects Liaising effectively with customers and suppliers in an accountancy capacity Ensuring the accurate and efficient maintenance of health and safety records What Were Looking For: A highly organised and efficient individual with a proactive mindset Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in quality health and safety record-keeping would be an advantage Whats on Offer: A highly competitive salary to be discussed as part of the recruitment pre-screening call.
