Systems Trainer responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling and delivering training on various software applications, both on-site and remotely.
2. Producing online training resources such as video tutorials and documentation for business-wide use.
3. Travel across the UK to deliver training, support, and attend client meetings.
4. Liaising with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
5. Collaborating with the Projects Team to ensure new applications are understood and adopted successfully.
6. Implementing and rolling out new systems.
7. Updating and tracking delivered training on the in-house system.
Desired skills and characteristics for a Systems Trainer:
1. A people person capable of communicating effectively at all levels.
2. Comfortable presenting and training both one-on-one and in groups.
3. Enthusiastic and able to bring energy to the role.
4. Proficient in PC skills and MS Office packages.
5. IT literate with a willingness to learn; previous IT training experience is a plus but not essential.
6. Flexible, calm under pressure, and good at time management and organization.
7. Willing to travel as required.
8. A supportive team player, attentive listener, and capable of ensuring business and legal requirements are met.
In return, you will receive a basic salary between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience, along with a fantastic benefits package. Please note, this is an office-based role with no remote working.
