Job responsibilities
A day in the life of a Dental Nurse Advisor with DHU will involve:
* Working as part of a compassionate & professional team.

* Telephone triage of patients' symptoms.
To be a successful Dental Nurse Advisor, you'll need:
* Registration with the GDC.
* Significant & varied Dental experience (2 years post-registration).
* Good level of IT / PC skills.
* Be motivated, passionate, positive, resilient, and determined to provide the best care.

For this position, you need to be available to complete 3 weeks of full-time training, followed by a further 3 weeks covering a variety of shifts & hours to complete your in-house learning with DHU.

Qualifications
* Qualified Dental Nurse registered with the General Dental Council.
* Be computer literate and have excellent communication and listening skills.
* Be calm and confident, able to think quickly and solve simple and complex dental enquiries in a calm and sympathetic manner. You will also understand the importance of working in a team as well as working on your own.
* Previous experience of telephone triage is preferred in an emergency setting.
* Significant and varied Dental experience post-registration.
