What's involved with this role: Temporary Energy & Water Administrator – Resources Job Ref: Brent 5251960 Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, normal working hours Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months City: Wembley, London The purpose of the role is to carry out a range of administration tasks within the energy team. Key Responsibilities: Process payments for monthly consolidated invoices to energy and water suppliers. Quarterly recharges to tenants for their share of energy and water usage. Monitor water and energy Outlook inboxes and resolve issues and queries. Billing supply changes for energy and water, including when sites are sold or acquired. Identify meters not in use and process their disconnections. Qualifications: 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Proven experience of performance analysis and service improvement delivery. Proven experience of providing a wide range of administrative and business functions to a team. Familiarity with energy and water billing. Good communication skills. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
