Join Our Team as an Operations Administrator!
Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months
Hours : 40 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Operations Administrator to join our Operations Support and Strategic Planning Team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative support that ensures our team runs smoothly and effectively. You will be the central figure within the team, responsible for directing and tracking enquiries, making you a key point of contact for colleagues and clients alike.
As the first point of contact for emails, Customer Experience (CE) cases, and telephone enquiries, your ability to handle a variety of queries with professionalism and care will be vital. Your strong administrative background, coupled with your excellent IT skills, will enable you to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. With a sharp customer focus and exceptional communication skills, you will help maintain the high standards of service that our team is known for.
While the core of your role will be administrative, your experience in sectors like waste removal, pest control, or housing associations would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with raising purchase orders (POs) will also stand you in good stead, as this will be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of flexibility and collaboration. You will spend three days a week in our Wolverhampton office, where you will be fully immersed in the team’s dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise to a role that is central to the success of our operations, while also enjoying the benefits of a supportive and flexible work culture.
If you are an organised, proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
