We're currently partnered with an insurance business based in Chelmsford. They're currently hiring across multiple teams including Claims - multiple roles available at different experience levels
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the claim from notification through to conclusion.
* Provide excellent claims handling service
* Ensure that claim reserves, payments and Large Movement Reports are calculated correctly
* Investigate and resolve claims in a professional timely and pro-active manner.
* Manage and exceed customer expectations and prioritise work to resolve any disputes that may arise in the settlement of a claim.
* To create accurate Claims Management System records
* To be supportive of change within the claims handling teams
Skills
* Previous claims experience required
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* University degree is desirable
