A friendly and supportive veterinary team is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse who will be valued and respected. Nurses work collaboratively with vets and support staff, covering all areas of nursing, including theatre, wards, pharmacy, and nurse clinics. Professional development is highly encouraged, and several nurses hold special interests, such as exotics and behaviour.
Flexible Rota Patterns
The practice is dedicated to supporting work-life balance by offering flexible rota patterns tailored to various career stages and lifestyles. Full-time hours are 38 per week, generally spread over 4 days, with shifts from 8 am to 8 pm. Weekend shifts include 1 in 4 Saturdays until 4:30 pm and 1 in 12 Saturday mornings until 12:30 pm. There are no shifts on Sundays or Bank Holidays, and out-of-hours responsibilities are handled externally.

This well-established first-opinion practice is dedicated to high-quality care and serves as a training facility. The practice is equipped with Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Digital and Dental X-ray, and comprehensive monitoring equipment. Located in Watford, it is close to the countryside and a short train journey from London.
The Requirements
Ideal candidates are dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurses with a commitment to teamwork, patient welfare, and client care. While practical skills are advantageous, the team can also support those finishing their training or refreshing their skills.
