The IT Apprentice will provide first and second line support to users across the Trust and assist the IT services team to deliver a quality service.
This role will be ideal for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to continue developing their IT knowledge, skills, and career opportunities in a supported environment.
The successful candidate will be an excellent team player with a passion for IT and strong administration and organisational skills. You will be confident communicating via email, telephone, and face-to-face. Meticulous attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused approach is essential for success in the role.
You will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities and be comfortable working to deadlines.
There may be the opportunity for career progression into the role of IT Technician for the right candidate in due course.
The IT office supports just over 470 employees at both Hampton School and Hampton Pre-Prep and Prep School, and you will have the opportunity to work with new and emerging technologies.
The salary will be between £25,238 - £27,990 commensurate with years of experience and qualifications. Hampton also offers an attractive benefits package including free lunch, cycle to work scheme, fitness facilities, and a Healthcare cash plan, subject to eligibility.
