Our client, a building regulations organisation, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a temporary role in Southwark, London.\n\nContract Type: Temporary\n Hourly Rate: £13.85ph\n\nHours: 9am - 5pm (1 day in office per week)\n Contract Length: 2-4 weeks (potential to be extended)\n Location: Just a 7-minute walk from Southwark train station!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide professional customer service to homeowners and installers\nHandle inbound and outbound phone and email queries, resolving issues promptly\nMaintain and retain member records and accounts with a proactive approach\nProblem-solve to ensure compliance with organisational processes\nSupport membership inquiries and documentation reviews\nAssist with payment processing and member correspondence\nEnsure certification evaluations meet operational and financial objectives\nCollaborate with team members and departments as needed \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in Customer Service roles\nStrong communication and administrative skills\nQuick adaptability to new processes and terminology\nAbility to work independently and with stakeholders\nExperience using Zendesk is a plus!
