Opus have partnered with a renowned Elite ServiceNow Partner who looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead & deliver on a series of upcoming projects they have secured in their pipeline.
They are the go to for platform & workflow optimisation where you will work with some of the most skilled professionals in the ServiceNow ecosystem!
You will be working on a variety of ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM & HRSD implementations ranging from medium to enterprise in size, giving the perfect blend of project exposure in a multi industry landscape.
You will have a direct team of 12 professionals whilst working closely with the practice director the quality of delivery & client relationship meets their quality of standard.
You will be a key member of the business who will support, develop, drive & enhance your surrounding team whilst receiving full support, progression & development from day1!
What your day to day will look like:
* Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes
* Lead development effort of solutions, Custom Application Development, 3rd Party Integrations Development
* Create technical architecture for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements
* Deliver quality measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline
* Continued learning & development for service delivery solutions, technologies and methodologies
* Provide technical best practices, architecture and code review
* Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving.
What they are looking for:
* 7+ year's ServiceNow Delivery experience with ideally 3+ year's ServiceNow experience in the consultancy space
* Proven hands on experience with configuration, integration & technical architecture
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders to maintain effective client relationships
* Exposure to ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM & HRSD implementations
* Must be ServiceNow Certified
* Experience with REST/SOAP API's is desirable
* Full rights to work in the UK
