About the Role:
We are seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join a Worcestershire-based housing association on a temporary contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with expertise in responsive repairs and maintenance, working within the social housing sector to ensure high-quality property standards and effective repairs management.
Key Responsibilities:
?Responsive Repairs & Maintenance Conduct inspections, diagnose defects, and specify works for housing stock.
?Contractor & Supplier Management Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
?Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitor work standards, ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety policies.
?Resident & Stakeholder Liaison Engage with tenants and internal teams to resolve repair issues efficiently.
?Budget & Cost Control Ensure value-for-money solutions for responsive repair works.
