Housing Officer\n\nTemporary, 3-6 Months\n\n£24-26 Hourly\n\nBirmingham\n\nHybrid, Full Time\n\nSellick Partnership are supporting the recruitment of a Housing Officer for a Public Sector organisation on a temporary ongoing basis. The Housing Officer will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for the quality of their experience with the Housing organisation\n\nDuties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to: \n\nDelivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement\nSupporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed\nUndertaking an effective lettings service where needed\nSupporting the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service\nEnsuring neighbourhoods are safe and clean\nDelivering an effective end to end investigation and resolution service for customers experiencing anti-social behaviour in their homes\nEnsuring all activities are within budgetary constraints, including estate services expenditure\nExperience in managing mutual exchanges, permission requests, ASB, Succession Requests and Estate InspectionsThe successful Housing Officer candidate will have:\n\nExperience working within Housing \nFull UK Drivers license and own vehicle\nAble to complete a basic DBS If you are interested please apply directly as soon as possible, or call Chrissie Howard in the Derby Office\n\nSellick Partnership is proud to be an inclusive and accessible recruitment business and we support applications from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances.
