The de Ferrers Academy is part of Affinity Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

The Candidate
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dynamic and approachable individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support Assistant. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive school environment, fostering excellent behaviour, and helping students reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will thrive on variety and enjoy a challenge, whether it’s coordinating detentions, managing behaviour systems, or assisting with administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth communication between staff, parents, and external agencies, all while being a visible and encouraging role model for students.
