Role Summary
The Senior Manager of Digital Propositions is responsible for planning and executing monetisation initiatives to maximise revenue KPIs within LS Eleven, working across teams and with technology partners to generate demand from advertisers.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive digital media propositions to grow revenues for LS Eleven and Asda.
* Develop and manage digital and Partners-for-Growth propositions, including pricing and execution.
* Benchmark against global RMNs, identify gaps, and lead investments in technology and processes.
* Manage proposition pricing, balancing competitiveness and profit, ensuring strong ROAS.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks.
* Coordinate between Marketing, Commercial, SMG, Partners, and Suppliers to ensure timely execution.
* Manage external partners for value, compliance, and speed.
* Lead Asda-wide events involving retail media, creating compelling propositions.
* Achieve digital media revenue targets and lead a team internally and externally.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in digital roles and media industry understanding.
* Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders and leadership.
* Ability to challenge and solve complex situations with integrity.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, accountable attitude.
* Detail-oriented with project management skills.
* Experience managing revenue targets and working across multiple locations.
Desirable Skills
* Understanding of retail and FMCG industries.
* Management experience.
