Role Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with a high-quality range of roofing and waterproofing systems.
2. Acting as the central point of contact internally and externally with clients and suppliers.
3. Agreeing commercial terms on all orders and ensuring order paperwork has necessary information.
4. Scheduling deliveries of orders and liaising with clients to ensure dates are appropriate.
5. Uploading new orders onto internal systems.
6. Raising invoices as and when required.
Ideal Applicant:
1. Must have project coordination/management or associated experience.
2. Experience in the construction industry is ideal; any roofing experience is highly beneficial.
3. High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. IT literate (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAGE, CRM).
6. Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver.
7. Ability to work autonomously.
