You will have experience within an office environment and have excellent written, telephony and verbal communication skills. You will be competent in all Microsoft packages. Much of the role will involve working on Trust electronic systems such as ESR, Healthroster, Eproc, managing email inboxes/diaries and coordinating information. This is a senior administrator role with a distinction, you are an important part of a team, making a difference Main duties of the job We are looking for a part time administrator (working 22.5 hours per week) to join our Central Admin Team. You will be one of a team responsible for providing a high quality office administration and support service to Inclusion's senior managers, service leads, project managers, team leaders and other administrators under the guidance of the Office Manager. In this role you will utilise your knowledge and expertise to provide an administration function which will support the smooth running of Inclusion. This will include actioning and responding to requests on the team's shared mailboxes, liaison with external providers, collation of meeting papers and minute taking, supporting the mobilisation of new services.
