Our client is looking for a new Corporate Sales Manager to join the Corporate team based at their Basingstoke dealership. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for:
1. Directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets and brand utilization targets.
2. Actively reaching out to customers through emails and phone calls to offer them products and services.
3. Motivating and providing guidance to the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
4. Assessing the performance of the sales team and their productivity.

3. Previous management experience.
4. Proven track record of individual excellence.
