Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Andover, South of England Salary: Up to £85k Package Sector: Super Prime Residential Builds Project Value: £80m Estate We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, privately-owned contractor specializing in the delivery of super prime residential builds across the South of England. A new project is starting, and we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on a large estate £80m in value, overseeing a section of this build and the managers under them and reporting directly to the Project Director. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the successful delivery of the £15m refurbishment project, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards. Manage and coordinate project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Liaise with the client, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progress. Ensure that all project deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Manage risk assessments, health and safety protocols, and compliance with relevant regulations. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager overseeing large refurbishment projects or as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor setting. Proven track record of managing high-value refurbishment projects, ideally within the super prime residential sector. Strong understanding of the challenges associated with Grade II listed buildings.
