Job summary This is an exciting new development support role with the WT&E Workforce Training and Education directorate which encompasses the requirement for the NHS to have a sufficient and inclusive workforce with the knowledge, skills, values and behaviours to deliver compassionate high-quality health and care to the people it serves. The post holder will support activities within a team who is responsible for supporting system-wide development and improving capability across the healthcare system in relation to increasing supply, workforce assurance and provision of HR and OD advice and guidance. Main duties of the job The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff internal and external to the organization. The post is responsible for providing professional expertise to the outcome of the business processes for the team. The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery.
