This senior role is ideal for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development within precision-engineered manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow revenue in the UK and internationally. ✅ Manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring top-tier service and long-term partnerships. ✅ Identify new market opportunities, research industry trends, and drive product and service innovation. ✅ Oversee pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and CRM management. ✅ Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility. ✅ Work closely with Directors on long-term business growth strategies.
