Role Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function for all internal staff within our UK and international offices. This is a crucial role that involves handling complex payroll processes, including commissions and sales-based structures that are typical in the recruitment industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing payroll across multiple entities and locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
2. Coordinating with third-party payroll providers in the US and other regions to ensure seamless payroll operations.
3. Administering US payroll elements, including 401(k) contributions, 1099 classifications, and healthcare benefits.
