Electronics / Firmware Engineer - (Hybrid Working)
£45,000 - £62,000 D.O.E + 10% Bonus + 10.5% Pension Contribution
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Firmware Engineer to lead NPD innovative projects related to automation machinery technologies.

We are seeking an experienced Firmware Engineer to help drive the expansion of a design department and develop hardware and embedded software for a new and an expanding product range. The role will be in-charge of developing products, both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Firmware and embedded software for use within the organisation’s products lines.
- Providing technical guidance to team members
- Collaborating with various engineering disciplines within the organisation
- Lead on Identifying areas of improvement and assist implementing new processes.

Requirements and Experience:
* Must have a Degree or similar qualification in Electronics Engineering or comparable subject
* Sustained experience in embedded firmware design, development, and testing (Essential)
* Good experience of EMC design and test experience.
* Good exposure in design validation process – FMEA, DFM.
* Experience in the creation of supporting design documentation, development reports, BoM, build packs
* Experience of firmware unit, integration, and system testing.
