About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour and set clear expectations for students.
* Support and guide pupils to engage with the pre-set work and reach their potential.
What Were Looking For:
To succeed in this role, youll need:
* Experience working with KS1 and KS2 learners (this can include non-school-based roles like youth mentoring, coaching, or leading clubs).
* Confident classroom management skills and effective behaviour strategies.
* Resilience, adaptability, and reliability in diverse school environments.
* A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
* Previous UK work experience in a school or educational setting.

The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
