Salary : Starting at £25,420 20% Backshift Allowance (up to £30,042 with experience) About the Role : We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Operative to join our team This role is key to ensuring the efficient production of composite panels while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities : ?? Safety : Follow safety protocols, attend briefings, and maintain equipment ?? Quality : Adhere to QMS standards and maintain cleanliness in the area ?? Cost : Ensure product quality and follow production schedules ?? Delivery : Operate equipment safely and report defects ?? People : Communicate with team members and managers, train where necessary Essential Skills : ??? Good communication (written & oral) ?? Basic computer skills & knowledge of SAP ??
