What you’ll be doing?
As a Spa/Leisure Attendant, you will be a visible presence in and around the
pool area, greeting guests and building a rapport with members or residents
alike. You will be working within company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers
safe within the pool area. This is a varied
and interesting role that will encompass the pool area and treatment rooms in our Elan Spa.
Your role will involve ensuring the pool, gym and changing areas are clean and tidy,
towels are replenished, and guests adhere to session timings, and supporting the Spa Therapists with the preparation
and cleaning of the treatment rooms in the Elan Spa.
What you’ll need?
* Fantastic interpersonal skills, friendly and enthusiastic;
* The
confidence to build relationships with guests and members of the hotel
team;
* Attention
to detail with a common sense approach;
* Experience
isn’t a deal breaker but a passion for looking after people and genuine interest
in the leisure/spa industry would be of benefit.
* Full training
will be provided to enable you to feel confident in your role.
This position may be subject to a DBS check.
Roles are available on both a full
and part time basis – permanent or seasonal. Part-time roles can be at the
weekends and easily fit around studies.
