The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and expanding our market presence through our channel distribution partners. This role requires a strong understanding of network-based IP communication products and the ability to articulate our value proposition to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Develop relationships with distributors for the Client products in their territory
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors to inform strategic decision-making.
· Establish regular checkpoints to review market insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, agencies, and industry associations to enhance market visibility and drive collaboration opportunities.
· Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
· Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IP communication or technology industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
· Strong understanding of network-based IP audio and video communication products and VoIP UC solutions.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
