What You Will Be Doing:
Hands-on machinery work – spotting potential faults, investigating issues, and problem-solving to prevent downtime.
Ensuring compliance – adhering to Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards.
Running production lines – following standard operating procedures, including start-up and changeovers.
Leading the team – working with machine operators, training colleagues, and driving performance.
Driving continuous improvement – liaising with development teams to refine processes and boost productivity.
Taking full ownership – ensuring production lines run efficiently and are well-managed.
