What You’ll Do:
* Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide compassionate, community-based support to children, young people, and families in the London boroughs of Brent and Ealing.
* Collaborate in Diverse Teams: Work closely within our skill mix teams to develop and implement innovative approaches.
From April 2023 a Recruitment premia has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH’s Health Visiting Teams.
For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C’s apply).

Person specification
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse / Midwife with current UK NMC registration.
* Registered Health Visitor (SCPHN).
* Evidence of continuing post-registration education and training.
* Practice assessor/supervisor training or working towards.
Experience
* Experience coordinating health promotion initiatives.
* Experience working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience managing own workload and that of others.
* Experience supervising staff/students.
* Experience assessing, planning, and implementing programmes of care.
Skills and Knowledge
* Knowledge of recent developments in primary care.
* Knowledge of current health legislation.
* Knowledge of child protection issues.
* Knowledge of clinical skills and quality issues.
* Ability to identify and access sources of information to inform practice.
Other
* Able to travel round the locality.
* Able to demonstrate excellence in Customer Service.
