We’re seeking a proactive After Sales Advisor to support our client's service and warranty operations on a 12 week temporary leading to permanent basis This role also provides occasional support to the purchasing team. Location: Loughborough (Hybrid/Work from Home) Hours: 2–3 days per week (Mon–Wed, 8am–4:30pm) Key Responsibilities: * Manage after-sales data and databases (warranty, complaints, service contracts) * Provide updates and support to customers on orders and service status * Run weekly reports and maintain customer price lists * Arrange returns, credits, and invoice processing via 1Link * Support approved service provider training and documentation * Assist with stock orders and monitor supplier delivery timelines * Handle warranty parts orders, certifications, and associated documentation * Provide internal support, reporting, and training where needed * Promote quality, safety, and environmental standards If you're organised, customer-focused, and experienced in after-sales or service support, we’d love to hear from you
