Role: SENCo Start Date: September 2024 Full time - Permanent The Role: As SENCO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our students with special educational needs receive the support and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and implement effective support plans. This role starts as an interim position, but for the right candidate, it will become permanent. Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing the provision for students with special educational needs within the school. Coordinating and delivering targeted interventions and support. Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals. Ensuring compliance with SEN policies and legal requirements. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of students with SEN.
