The Role Realise are recruiting Early Years Trainers or Trainees, covering learners in the Cambridgeshire region. Your focus will be to support learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise. Your training will consist of: - Close shadowing with a mentor, who has a great deal of experience of training in the further education sector. - Being enrolled into our internal training academy, to learn 'The Realise Way.' - Enrolment onto the teaching and/or assessing qualification, which you may be outstanding. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely - Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications - Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career - Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey We also welcome applications from those wanting full-time (5 days a week) and part-time hours.
