Job Role: Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary\n\nLocation: Sunderland\n\nCompany: A passionate, very well-established Law firm.\n\nThe Role\n\nTo provide secretarial support to two Solicitors within Conveyancing.\n\nA permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.\n\n * Land Registry searches\n\n * Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone\n\n * Preparation of correspondence and documents by Audio Typing / Digital Dictation, Word Processing\n\n * Maintaining diaries and making appointments as and when required\n\n * Daily filing including file opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files\n\n * Ensuring confidentiality of the firm's clients and associated documentation and information\n\nPrevious Secretarial experience within Conveyancing is essential.\n\nIf you think you are suited to this role, please do not hesitate to apply
