The role of Customer Insight Analyst is a truly exciting role fit for someone who is passionate about analysing customer behaviour and identifying market trends to provide actionable insights. The Role You will be responsible for applying analytical techniques and quantitative skills to generate a deep understanding of customer needs. Your work will contribute to the delivery of fresh insight that creates competitive advantage for the English business by supporting the implementation, management and communication of customer and market research. We are looking for someone who can create reports and dashboards to visualise the output of analyses and findings, specifically able to work with quantitative and analytical tools. You will work on a range of project types, including customer focused as well as supporting on market and competitor insight delivery. Reporting to the Head of Insight (Brand and CX) and working in an empowering, supportive, and agile team of insight professionals you will support colleagues across the organisation to make research-informed decisions. You will champion the customer across the business and identify innovative ways of listening to and understanding the English language learning and assessment sector. About You You are a highly collaborative, outcomes orientated individual with experience working in an insight, research or related role and a focus on detail and quality. You will have a couple of years' work experience in an insight or related role requiring analytical thinking, report writing and the ability to summarise findings.
