Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight Manage budgets, banking, accounts, and petty cash to ensure effective financial planning and management. Develop annual budgets in conjunction with practice partners. Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future income, expenditure, and cash flow needs. Oversee the ARRS budget, tracking reimbursements and optimising funding for PCN staff roles. Ensure financial reporting and advise partners on budget variances and financial risks. Manage contracts for services and supplies, ensuring cost efficiency. Identify opportunities for income maximisation and cost reduction.Billing & Payroll Management Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate documentation and timely reimbursements. Ensure proper claims submissions for drugs and vaccinations. Manage partners drawings, PAYE, and pensions for practice staff. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance.Profitability & Cost Management Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining service quality. Ensure the practice operates within budget and remains financially sustainable.Marketing & Growth Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients. Coordinate practice communications, including newsletters and social media. Promote the practice through digital marketing and external events.HR Oversight Support recruitment and ensure the hiring of qualified and skilled staff. Oversee employee performance management and training programs. Ensure compliance with employment laws, including health and safety and equal opportunities. Manage complex employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures. Provide strategic workforce planning insights to leadership.
