Experienced Export Sales Manager required!
Our client is a market leader within Highways Safety and Environmental Products looking to hire an experienced Export Sales Manager, based out of their offices in either London or the North West, managing a small team with excellent growth plans! The Role:
* Selling the company's manufactured range of specialist Highways Safety and Environmental Products, the range is vast but includes Waste Management Products, High Street Furniture, Bollards and Seating Solutions.
* As Export Sales Manager you will be dealing with Overseas clients which are Channel, Distribution and In-Direct Sales.
* Managing a small internal Export Sales team of 4 with a long term view of expanding and growing the team and whole export division.
* Responsible for all regions except Western Europe and the USA.
* Proactive research, approach, onboarding and development of new customers
* Analyse country-by-country sales performance and identify opportunities for growth via indirect sales and marketing approaches.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identifying new and managing existing Distribution networks.
* Office based in either London or the North West - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.

The Candidate:
* Must have Export Sales experience
* Previous Leadership/Management Experience
* Sold a product
* Experience of selling to a distribution network
* Happy to be office based Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

The Package:
* Up to £55k basic salary dependant on experience
* Southern weighting allowance (additional £6k) if you are London based
